Well another year is almost over and yet another to follow 2008...wow!! Anyway hope it brings u all u want

No resolutions from me.......just enjoy the year and see what it throws at me...if its nasty l'll throw it back...lol

have a fun 2008 everyone...check out ur guardian angel though...its worth it they r very friendly...go on ask it a question u might be suprised with the answer!!!

OOOOOPS AN UPDATE

Hi All.....well where do l start..at the beginning l hear u say...but where is the beginning?

OK!!

I opened Pandoras box in FEB some time played about a bit with the design etc then stuff happened!!!

without going into to many details l lost both my parents...APRIL 1ST and OCTOBER 15TH

thanx Mum and Dad 4 being the best u could be

Now the reason l tell u all this is today NOVEMBER 8TH l discovered ppl have left me messages and comments

and here comes the ooooops!! l didn't know hadn't looked even wasn't expecting so to anyone who did leave

a message PLEASE ACCEPT MY APOLOGY............'cos l didn't get back to u

in any way shape or form and now it seems l cant ......all done a disappearing act it seems but if u ever take a

look again u might see this !!

NOW GOT THAT OUT OF THE WAY...MOVE ON STARS TO REACH 4 AND RAINBOWS TO SIDE DOWN...HEHEHE

NORDIC WALKIN

HI ALL friends....NORDIC WALKIN GROUP failed no one wanted to walk with me :-(

but l walk 6 miles a day now...feelin great so thumbs up for Nordic walking

loooooooooooong time so anyone who has left a message and l haven't got back to them

INTERESTED IN NORDIC WALKING

I HAVE STARTED A NEW NW GROUP IF ANYONE INTERESTED...a great way to get fit improves benefits of walking from 25-40% and burns 20% + more calories than normal walking with no more speed or effort!!!
